100 Years of Innovation in Heerbrugg

Show you're part of our history and submit your best photo!

On 26th April 2021, it was exactly 100 years since Heinrich Wild started his workshop for precision mechanics and optics in Heerbrugg, Switzerland. An important milestone in the 200-year history of Swiss measuring equipment. The innovation of WILD Heerbrugg now lives on within Hexagon and the iconic brand Leica Geosystems.

To celebrate 100 years of innovation in Heerbrugg, were hosting a photo competition! We would like to see how youre part of this history so we're looking for the best photos from our users. These can be historical photos from your archive, but of course you can also take a new photo. The only condition is that the photo shows Leica Geosystems equipment, or one from the predecessors, such as a WILD device.
