Terms and conditions

A "Complimentary Ticket" or "Complimentary Pass" refers to free access to the virtual conference part of HxGN LIVE Global 2022

No exchanges or changes of Complimentary Passes will be permitted once awarded

All Complimentary Passes are strictly non-transferrable and must not be sold nor advertised for sale

To qualify for a Complimentary Pass, you must:

• Be an existing user or owner of physical equipment manufactured by Leica Geosystems or a related Hexagon brand
• This can include Machine Control Systems, Detection Equipment, Total Station, GNSS, 3D Laser Scanner, Mobile Mapping System, Monitoring System, UAV or Airborne Camera
• The equipment must have been purchased within 5 calendar years prior of date of the beginning of HxGN LIVE Global 2022 (20th June 2022)
• Leica Disto solutions are not valid for this offer
• Accessories alone are not valid for this offer   

Once a submission has been made, a local representative will contact you to verify the request

If the equipment was not purchased directly through Leica Geosystems, local teams will try to verify the purchase with resellers

This offer only applies to new equipment that was purchased in the 5 year period before HxGN LIVE Global 2022

There is no guarantee of qualification for a Complimentary Pass, and all decisions lie with local Leica Geosystems management
